Affordable Mineral Makeup™ Independent Representative Agreement

I agree that the above information is complete and true and that I am a legal U.S. Citizen or resident and over the age of 18.

As an Independent Rep I understand that I am not an employee of Affordable Mineral Makeup™ and that I am provided no guarantee of income or wages.

Any income derived through my association with Affordable Mineral Makeup™ will be based solely upon my own efforts to sell and market the products to customers.  I agree to keep track of all my earnings and be responsible for payment of all applicable State and Federal taxes as a self employed person.  I agree to comply with all Federal, State and local rules and regulations pertaining to taxes.

As an Independent Rep, I agree that I will make the necessary arrangements to obtain the information for tax purposes and business purposes through my own state.   I understand it is my duty to research this and not the obligation of Affordable Mineral Makeup™ because I am independently representing them and not an agent of Affordable Mineral Makeup™.

As an Independent Rep. I agree that I can sell through personal sales, online sales, eBay, home parties, etc.  I understand that I may sell products of Affordable Mineral Makeup™ in conjunction with other products from other companies, but may not sell them under that company’s name.  If you develop your own website you must clearly state you are an independent rep for Affordable Mineral Makeup™ and that Affordable Mineral Makeup™ retains all copyrights to images from Affordable Mineral Makeup™ and they cannot be redistributed, sold or used for any other intent than to advertise for Affordable Mineral Makeup™. You must also submit your site to Affordable Mineral Makeup™ for approval.

As an Independent Rep. I agree that I will receive a 25% discount on each order I place with Affordable Mineral Makeup™, and a 25% commission on orders placed by my customers.  

I understand that when I’ve reached a sales/purchase amount of $500 my commission/discount will be increased from 25% to 30% on all future orders.

Subsequent increases up to 40% will be available as well.

I understand that I must place or have a customer place a minimum monthly order of $30 RETAIL every single month. If I miss this requirement, I understand I will be deactivated as a consultant and I’ll be removed from the consultant program.

I will also receive a 7% commission on my immediate down line’s orders. Commission is not paid on business supplies, kits or for website fees paid. $10 cash bonus on immediate down line after down line consultant has been with the company for 3 months.

I also understand that I will get 30% off one order initially to ‘build a kit’ or simply order whatever I want. There is no kit sent with start up, start up fees cover getting you set up in the company and the 30% off on an order.

If Affordable Mineral Makeup™ discovers you have taken monies for customers orders and not placed orders in a timely fashion or acts inappropriately, Affordable Mineral Makeup™ reserves the right to immediately terminate you from the Affordable Mineral Makeup™ rep program.

Commissions are paid ONCE a month on all orders and are paid via paypal or check (if paid by check there is a $1 service charge). Commissions are paid the first week of the following month.

I also understand there is a no-return policy on all products.

I understand that the start up fee is non-refundable.

I understand that there is an optional personalized rep page option available for $6.95/month if I choose to purchase it, Affordable Mineral Makeup™ will process all orders and credit cards for me. I understand I have to pay the $6.95 on a monthly basis to maintain my personalized rep page. I know this can be done using this link.

I understand that if I opt to not have a personalized rep page I will have a link that looks something like http://www.affordablemineralmakeup.com/catalog/index.php?ref=2
I also understand that I may build my own web page as long as I do not hot link to images at www.affordablemineralmakeup.com and I get corporate approval before advertising the page. I also understand in doing this, that I will be responsible for collecting funds and processing credit cards myself and then placing the orders on the corporate site.

I understand that the owner of Affordable Mineral Makeup™ has years of experience in direct sales and will strive to ensure satisfaction with the Ind. Rep program as well as the products.

Both the Independent Rep and Affordable Mineral Makeup™ may choose to terminate this agreement at anytime for any reason.
