Shipping:

All US, Puerto Rico, APO orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation

Shipping fees are $5.75 on orders of all sizes

Orders to Canada, England and Australia are flat rate of $5.75 for regular first class postal.



In the event you need something "tomorrow", please email and we'll figure out overnight shipping fees for you, which will have to be paid prior to order being shipped.

Insurance:

Insurance is optional.
Packages without insurance will not be reimbursed/replaced should they be lost or damaged in transit.
Insurance based on the rates as of 10/2009
Domestic: $.01-$50.00 = $1.70
$50.01-$100.00 = $2.15
$100.01-$200.00 = $2.60
$200.01-$300.00 = $4.60
per $100 = +$.95

International: $.01-$50.00 = $2.45
$50.01-$100.00 = $3.35
$100.01-$200.00 = $4.30
$200.01-$300.00 = $5.25
per $100 = +$.95


Undeliverable Shipments:

If you provide an incorrect address and it's returned to us, we will attempt to contact you to confirm address or get correct one. The order will be reshipped if you pay the shipping fees. If you do not want it reshipped, we will credit you for your purchase less the shipping fees.

If we make the mistake on the address, we will cover reshipping.



Refused Orders:

If you refuse an order, you will still be responsible for all the shipping fees, insurance (if applicable) as well as a 25% restocking fee.


Returns:

There are NO returns or refunds on these items since they are personal products.
